Day 1 Arrival in Beijing

Our tour guide will wait you at the exit of the airport holding a brand with your name before your landing.Then transfer you to your hotel by private car or van.Our experienced tour guide would like to introduce you city summary and some tips on the way. You could have a rest  to recover from jet lag after arrive at your hotel or to explore by yourself.

Day 2 Beijing Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner

Full day trip to the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Summerpalace.TheTian'anmen Square: is the spiritual heart of the world’s most populous country, occupy an area of 44 hectares (440,000 square meters),big enough to hold (half) a million people.On October 1st,1949,Mao climbed atop the 'gate of Heavenly Peace'. which gives the square it's name, to proclaim the foundation of the people's Republic of China. On the square's north end is the Gate of Heavenly Peace, which leads towards the Forbidden City .in the centre of the square is the 40m-high Monument to the People's Heroes., chairman mao's mausoleum, on the square's east side house is Chinese history and revolution Museum, on the west is the Great Hall of the People.

The Forbidden City:The abode of 24 Ming and Qing emperors of the celestial Empire, the forbidden city is a fittingly awe-inspiring sight, Enclosed behind it's moat and 9.9m high walls are 980 buildings, vast courtyards and long corridors that occupy a total area of 720,000 square meters, It's alleged that as many as 1,000,000 workers and 100,000 artisans participated in the construction of this imperial palace, which began in 1406 and was completed in 1420 during the reign of Ming dynasty, the last emperor Puyi, left the Forbidden city in 1924,11 years after his abdication and the establishment of the Republic of China, after Puyi's departure, the Forbidden city, which had long been off-limits to most mortals, was opened to the public, Hence its current Chinese name, gugong bowuyuan, meaning “the palace Museum”.

Afer lunch, go to visit pearl factory to enjoy pearl history in china,. teach you how to distinguish real pearl with fake pearl.
Then visit the Summer Palace,the Summer palace is a wonderful place to explore, as long ago as the Yuan dynasty, officials set up their private gardens in the scenic area, but the summer palace didn't take on its present appearance until the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing dynasty. He deepened the park's manmade lake and added building to serve as a  'country home' for his mother, though it would be the Empress Dowager Cixi who would have the biggest impact on the palace's appearance.

Enjoy Beijing Roast Duck dinner .
In the evening (7:15~8:30PM), enjoy the Beijing Opera show, choose one show from these three options, depending on your interest.

Day 3 Beijing Breakfast,Lunch

Full day trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb.
Go to visit famous cloisonne factory or jade factory on the way to Great Wall.
Pick you up from your hotel on departure time, and then drive to the Great Wall ,The great wall snakes its way across northern China, from the yellow sea and past the Gobi Desert for some 6000Km, it’s a remarkable place of engineering and is the most famous symbol of China. the genesis of the Great wall dates to the warring States period from 475 to 221 BC, when Chinese feudal kingdoms built earthen ramparts to defend against nomadic invaders. the sections of the Great wall near Beijing were renovated during the Ming dynasty.


- The Ming Tomb: The tombs of 13 Ming dynasty emperors and their consorts are scattered in a gorgeous valley 45km northwest of Beijing, all but three of the Ming emperors lies in Nanjing, the tomb of the second emperor remains unknown as he had his throne usurped by his uncle and another emperor was considered illegitimate and wasn’t given the honor of an imperial tomb.

Day 4 Beijing to Xian Breakfast,Lunch

We will drive to Hutong. A tour to Beijing Rear Lake area(Shi Cha Lake). visitors will be arranged to visit the old Beijing lanes by rickshaws bicycle ride, across many narrow streets, Hutong tour lasts for about 2 hours, led by local guide, visitors will visit the typical Chinese quadrangles, where you can experience the real life of ordinary people live in Beijing, and pass many famous old building, like the drum tower, Silver Bridge, etc.

After lunch we visit  the Temple of Heaven:The temple of heaven served Ming and Qing dynasty emperors as a vast sacred space to perform ceremonial rites on behalf of the Chinese nation, the layout of the compound reflects its religious purpose and so adheres to geomantic precepts, for instance, the northern end of the park is curved while the southern end is square, reflecting the traditional Chinese conception of heaven as round and earth as square .likewise, the park gates are located at the four cardinal points.

Transfer you to airport,take flight to Xian.

Pick up you from the hotel in the morning.
Drive to and visit Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses,In 1974 when the farmers drilling a well, what they found would excite the archeology world. In a vault of approximately 12,000 square meters and 5m underground lay some 8000 terracotta infantry soldiers, archers, cavalrymen and chariots arranged in battle formation, as warriors, they each held weapon, bronze swords, spears, axes and halberds-which were still sharp when discovered and longbows and crossbows, ready to defend their Emperor’s (Emperor Qingshihuang) immortal soul. The terracotta sculptures show a high level of artistry with individualized facial expressions, hairstyles and clothing and were one brightly painted with black armor, colorful red scarves and green pants, though the colors have long faded.

Then we will visit the Huaqing Hot Springs, The museum is 30km east of xi'an, was once the playground of Tang dynasty emperors, though there have been buildings there as early as the western Zhou (about 3000BC),with later additions built during in Qin and Sui dynasties. the museum are famous because YangGuifei,one of four beauteous girls in Chinese history. The natural springs are considered to have beneficial minerals and there are several places to bathe, visitors also can enjoy these valued hot spring.


Taste delicious local Dumplings, One of the highlights in Xi'an is a Tang Dynasty Show , The show is a performance of Chang'an music and dance originated in China's Tang Dynasty over a thousand years ago. It has been recreated in accordance with various historical records as well as ancient art and relics discovered in Xian, the capital of the empire during the Tang Dynasty

Day 6 Xian Breakfast,Lunch

Be picked up from your hotel in the morning. Visit the Provincial Museum , It was opened in 1991, is the largest comprehensive museum in the province.the museum exhibits over 3,000 historical relics, a small fraction of their collection, ranging from 115,000-year-old prehistoric artifacts to items from the Opium wars of the 1840's. the main attraction of the museum is the magnificent collection of Tang dynasty artifacts. Of special significance are the bronze pieces and the tang gold and silverware, the terracotta pieces and murals from Tang dynasty tombs.the museum is built in a traditional Tang dynasty architectural style is modern and well designed.

Then we will visit the Great Mosque, Located in Muslim district along Huajue lane, the Great mosque is short walk form the Drum tower and the bell tower at the center of town, The mosque, which is still an active place of worship and was established by the Tang dynasty in AD 742 for Muslim traders from Central Asia who settled in XI'an. Inside the Great Mosque compound it is difficult to tell that the buildings are Islamic because it was built according to traditional Chinese architectural forms and many of the Islamic symbols are Sinicized,the area surrounding the mosque is called Huifang and has a distinct Muslim atmosphere, with small tree lined lanes crowded with restaurants and shops that are alive with activity.

Move on to visit City Wall, Xi'an's gray city walls are imposing and built to keep out bandits and barbarians, The massive walls measure 12m high and 16m wide at the base, tapering to 12m to 14m and is 13.74km in circumference. Towers at each corner of the walls have defensive towers jutting our along the length of the wall, the surviving walls, built on Tang dynasty foundations, date to the Ming dynasty and were built during the 14 century. Parts of the wall have been destroyed and the wall is incomplete but many sections remain or have been rebuilt.

Day 7 Xian to Guilin Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner

Pick up you from the airport visit Reed Flute Cave, Solitary Beauty Peak, and Fubo Hill.

Enjoy Sanjie Liu Dances show after dinner. 

then be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 8 Li River Cruise - YangShuo Breakfast,Lunch

Full day Li River Cruise to Yangshuo with lunch aboard .be transferred back to Guilin city and return to Guilin in the afernoon.

- Li River Cruise: Depart in the morning. Be transferred for a 4.5 hours wonderful cruise. You will enjoy most beautiful mountains ,villages and water.

-Yangshuo: It is a one-thousand-year-old town. You will have a short exploration to the old town .

Day 9 Guilin to Chongqing Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner

After lunch ,transfer to airport  take flight to Chongqing. 

Pick up from hotel ,take flight to Chongqing ,then visit  Panda Room in Chongqing Zoo, Ciqikou Old Town.
 
After dinner, check in  the  cruise ship.

Pick up you from the cruise pier ,then take a visit  shore excursion to Shennong Stream. Continue sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge. Pass the five-step ship lock.

Day 12 Yangtze River to Yichang to Shanghai Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner

Shore excursion to the worksite of The Three Gorges Project,Sail through Xiling Gorge (east part).

Arrive in Yichang in the noon.Take flight to Shanghai.

Pick up from your hotel at 9:00 AM.

Visit Yu Garden: classical Chinese garden in Shanghai, around which a nice shopping mall for all kinds of light products, specialties and local snacks.

The Bund:the former foreign settlement, ranged along with imposing buildings of the colonial period.Visit the Shanghai Pearl Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia.

Shanghai Museum: The museum is especially famous for its treasures of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy. with a collection of over 120,000 pieces of Chinese art & cultural relics.
