  Cumquat

  Ctumquat is also produced in Yangshuo County. It is one of famous Guilin fruits with golden yellow thin peel, delicate flesh, rich juice, fragrant and sweet. Its peel and flesh are difficult to be departed, so you can eat them without peel peeling.

    Grain flower fish

    Grain flower fish which comes into market in summer harvest season is a famous special local product in Quanzhou, Xing'an, Guanyang of Guilin

    This kind of fish is raised in rice paddy, it is growing up by eating grain flower in summer when grain flower is blossoming, so it is called grain flower fish. You can cook this fish by stewing or steaming without taking out its gallgladder and bowels, the dishes made are specially fragrant, mouthwatering, making you covet and remember all your life after eating them. Cooked grain flower fishes with flavor, baked and deeply fried in oil, made good sweet, crisp and fragrant food for drinking wine. For its fresh and delicious taste, grain flower fish has been raised from Tang Dynasty, and some emperors of Ming Dynasty had ever been ordering that the grain flower fishes should be paid as tribute to royalty palace.

    Lipu taro

    The most tasty taro should be Lipu taro which is produced in Lipu County of Guilin. It is big and rich in nutrition.
