Answer:Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance covers only accidents occurring during the activities arranged by a travel agency, so it is recommended that you purchase personal insurance in your home Country before departure. We recommend that all visitors to China purchase travel insurance sufficient to cover medical needs and trip curtailment beyond the coverage of the Agency policy. |

ChinaVtour have bought the travel agents liability insurance as the real travel agency.
We also will offer Personal casualty insurance of travel for part of our clients freely. Please see the detail itinerary description.
We will ask you to confirm your insurance details as part of our travel registration process at the start of your journey. If you do not have appropriate insurance we will insist you obtain insurance. We reserve the right not to provide the services booked with us until insurance is purchased.
Please note that government regulations in China do not always require or enforce the possession of hotel, transport supplier and other supplier public liability insurance. Even when this insurance is in place, it can be for very limited cover only. ChinaVtour does its best to work with suppliers who possess public liability insurance, however this is not always possible. Regardless of length of stay and type of service, you must have adequate insurance to cover you in the event you suffer a medical problem while traveling. |
